Always Seen but Overlooked 2.0 was a group exhibition exploring perception, visibility, and the unnoticed within contemporary image-making.
This painting forms part of an ongoing exploration into constructed imagery and memory, combining observed and mediated sources. The work draws on cinematic composition and painterly fragmentation to create a sense of ambiguity, where narrative is suggested but not fixed.
The figure and surrounding environment exist in a suspended moment, inviting the viewer to navigate between recognition and uncertainty.
